Studio Policies, Terms & Conditions
Renter(s) agree to comply with all rules, policies, and fees stated below. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund, additional charges, and/or denial of future bookings.
STUDIO POLICY
NO Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises under any circumstances. Violation will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal from the studio.
NO cake smashes, glitter, confetti (or anything similar) allowed unless approved in ADVANCE. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
The studio must be left in the exact condition it was found. All equipment, props, and furniture must be returned to their original positions and condition.
Renter(s) are financially responsible for any damages to the studio, equipment, props, or furniture during their booking and must notify staff immediately if any damage occurs.
All children and pets must be supervised at all times while on the premises. Renter(s) are responsible for their safety and conduct.
All repairs or replacements will be billed at full cost to the Renter(s).
Renter(s) must vacate the studio ON TIME. All setup and cleanup must occur within the booked hours. Late departure beyond 5 minutes will result in additional charges.
STUDIO FEES
Additional guests beyond the booking limit will be charged $10 per person.
Damage to Cyc Wall or Seamless Backdrops: $10 per instance for marks, scratches, or other damage. Protective booties are available and must be worn by anyone who is not the main subject being photographed on the cyc wall. If you are the subject, you must wipe your shoes thoroughly before stepping onto the surface.
Overtime: $15 per 15-minute increment past the scheduled end time. Extensions are not guaranteed and may be denied if they conflict with the next booking.
A cleaning fee of $50 may be applied if necessary.
For In-House Photographer Packages: Raw/unedited photo delivery is available for a $50 fee payable on the day of booking.
